About Therapii Massage + Bodywork

Bodywork was never meant to be complicated. At Therapii, every session begins with listening — to your needs, your goals, and the unique language of your body.

With over a decade of experience, I bring a thoughtful, intuitive approach to massage therapy, blending techniques from a variety of traditions to create treatments tailored specifically to you. Whether you’re recovering from injury, training for peak performance, seeking pain relief, or simply need a space to rest and recharge, your session will be designed to support your body’s natural healing processes.

This is a space dedicated to restoration, movement, and renewal. From improving your range of motion to easing deep-rooted tension, we work together to identify what your body is telling us — and respond with care.

Appointments are available in-studio in Murrieta, CA, or mobile to fit your preferences and lifestyle.

You don’t need to know exactly what kind of massage you need — just that you’re ready to feel better. I’ll meet you there, with the skills, presence, and attention your body deserves.

Our philosophy

Interested in exploring Myofascial Release?

The John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach® is a safe, gentle, and consistently effective therapy for addressing fascial restrictions caused by trauma, inflammation, surgical procedures, chronic tension, and poor posture. Fascia is an uninterrupted connective tissue system that extends from head to toe. It surrounds and supports muscles, bones, nerves, blood vessels, and even individual cells.

Because of its continuous nature, local distortions in the fascia can have far-reaching effects throughout the body. Myofascial Release (MFR) addresses the entire mind-body system by eliminating pressure in the restricted fascial network—often referred to as the body’s “straightjacket”—that contributes to pain and dysfunction.

Visualize fascia as a kind of biological netting that suspends and holds your bones and organs in place. This dense, fibrous 3D web contains approximately 70 trillion cells and is essential to keeping your internal structures aligned and functioning properly. Fascia houses nerves, blood vessels, and various cells critical to your body’s performance.

When this tissue becomes tight or strained, it can exert significant pressure on surrounding systems, leading to pain, discomfort, or limited mobility. Sustained, gentle MFR techniques work to release these deeply held restrictions. As the tissue softens, you may notice your entire mind-body system shift from resisting to releasing.
